Delete your JobSmart account and app data
The most complete deletion path is inside the JobSmart app. It verifies that it is you, deletes account and business records JobSmart controls, turns off your booking link, and clears this device when the in-app deletion finishes.
Delete in the app

Open JobSmart and sign in to the account you want deleted.

Go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Danger zone.

Choose Delete account and app data.

Review what will be deleted, export anything you need, confirm the checkboxes, type DELETE, and complete the Google confirmation.
What deletion covers
- Your JobSmart account and sign-in record
- Business profile, customers, bookings, job photos, signatures, invoices, and reports
- Your public booking link and synced account records
- App data on the device when deletion is completed from inside the app
If you cannot access JobSmart
Email privacy@bluesparrow.dev from the address linked to your JobSmart sign-in, or include that sign-in email in your message. Use the subject "JobSmart account deletion request". We may ask for extra verification before deleting account data.
Important notes
Deleting your JobSmart account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play if you do not want future charges.
A web request can delete account data JobSmart controls, but it cannot wipe app data stored only on a device you still have.
Deletion requests are normally handled within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
